Pre-payment required at time of registration. Registration closes 5 days prior to class date.

Southern Ohio Council of Governments will again offer New Provider Certification training and Established Provider training in 2024. New Provider Orientation will provide the eight hours of training required to become an Independent Provider. The Established Provider Training will cover the mandatory trainings as well as electives to meet the annual requirement for training. Pre-registration is required 5 days in advance.

Provider Trainings:  If you are registering for Medication Administration you will be required to submit the Medication Administration Form at the time of registration. Form should be emailed to providersupport@socog.org
